Good to know
How do I book a Mykonos airport transfer?
Send us your arrival time and flight number, choose the car and we confirm. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals at Mykonos Airport, helps with the luggage and drives you to your villa or hotel. Black Card holders book in a few taps in the Black Premium app.
How much is a premium transfer in Mykonos?
Transfers are prepaid with a Black Card, from €1,500 for 10 transfers in any car, so every ride is covered before you land. For a car and chauffeur for the whole day, Black Day is €900 per day.
Do you meet guests at the port?
Yes. We meet you at the Old Port and the New Port of Mykonos for ferry arrivals and departures, with the same meet & greet as at the airport.
Which cars do you have?
Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Range Rover and the Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to 7 guests. Every car comes with a professional chauffeur.
Is the chauffeur service available 24/7?
Yes. We drive every day, 24 hours, for early flights, late ferries and nights out.
Do you also drive in Athens?
Mykonos is our home and where the fleet is based. Transfers and chauffeur service in Athens are available on request; ask us when you book.
Is a driver included with every car?
Yes. Every car comes with a professional chauffeur. We do not rent cars for self-drive.
Can I keep the car for the whole day?
Yes. Choose Full day to keep the same car and chauffeur for the day, or Multi-day for your entire stay.
How far in advance should I book?
In July and August we recommend booking a few days ahead. Same-day requests are welcome and we confirm availability right away.
How do I pay?
Black Cards are paid online by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider. A ride booked on a Black Card uses one of its transfers, so there is nothing to pay on the day. For any other booking, our office confirms the price and how to pay before the ride.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a ride free of charge while we are still finding your chauffeur. Once a chauffeur has been assigned, contact our office and we will help with the details.
